What`s Happening with redhat.polarhome server ???

Hy .. Y need to take som files from my ftp account from redhat.polarhome.com ... and it gives me
Connecting to www.polarhome.com[81.216.198.11]:793... failed: No route to host.
Retrying.
what`s wrong ..
I need to take one file urgent

I just tried gate.polarhome.com:21 and it works, give it another try!
